Florida Care Team offer grant services to cover a Mental Health visit, via a list of local Health Care Affiliates.
You can apply for Florida Care Team grants by visiting one of our affiliates and submitting an application. Proof of Veteran Status or First Responder Employment is required at time of application with Health Care affiliate.
